Bug#5369: xv postinst has bugs

The install-mime calls in the postinst do generate incorrect information.
For instance they set the nametemplate for GIFs to gif.gif instead of
%s.gif and to jpg.gif for JPEG instead of %s.jpg.
The nametemplate has to be "%s.$ext".
