Bug#5347: minor description tracking error

Hmmm, it seems to me that the most common use of debmake will be for
naive users to "alien -n" slackware .tgz and redhat .rpm files. The
later requires (as of debmake 1.09) that the rpm package be installed.

PS	$ alien --help
	Bad option --help

PPS Thanks for writing all this stuff. The ability to install redhat
packages under debian is an excellent argument for using it.
