elm and modification date
I just learned that elm does not change the modification date of my mailbox
correctly. I start it with `elm -f oldmail`, delete some mail and quit.
Afterwards the access date and the change date was set, but the modification
date remains the same.
When using an editor to remove one email, I get a corrected modification
date and a corrected change date, but no change on the access date.
I wonder if there's any reason for this behaviour of elm. Or is it just a
bug?
