IMPORTANT: Incoming directory snafu
As you may have noticed, there are a lot of packages stuck in
Incoming. The reason is a bug in the dinstall script. Quite often in
the last few weeks, the debian hierarchy was mounted ro. dinstall,
unfortunately, would lose the .changes file when it tried to install
into the ro filesystem.
I've corrected the bug in dinstall, but there are still a ton of
unprocessed packages in Incoming. Sorry for not catching this sooner.
So, please check if you have any uploads in Incoming without .changes
file. If so, reupload the .changes file. Feel free to remove the
upload if it's been succeeded.
