Bug#4775: inews package strips ESCs used for Japanese text
Package: inews
Version: 2.1-1
The `inews' command in inews package for C News strips ESCs that is
used to write Japanese text. It would be nice for Japanese users if
this could be changed.
Using Debian 1.1, kernel 2.0.6, and libc 5.2.18.
