procps 1.09

Hello!

This is a request for testers on other platforms than i386. 

I really like to have some people test the procps 1.09 package
on other architectures, most important on alphas. I'm pretty sure that
there will be a lot of problems still, and neither Chuck Blake (the
official procps maintainer) nor  I have acces to an alpha.

There will be a version fixing the ps -w bugs this weekend.
