Bug#4739: Perl cannot be installed on a fresh system
Package: perl
Version: 5.003-2
Attempting to install perl 5.003-2 on a fresh install from the install
disks in rex results in an error:
/var/lib/dpkg/info/perl.posinst: /usr/lib/perl5/i486-linux/5.003/sys:
No such file or directory
The install works properly if libc5-dev has been installed.
Thus, I believe perl 5.003-2 should depend on libc5-dev.
