pgp isn't on ftp.debian.org anymore because of ITAR.
I created an FTP site for non-US software at
ftp.inf.tu-dresden.de:/pub/os/linux/debian-non-US, but currently it
hosts only cfs.
I asked the previous maintainer to upload the package, but Ian
J. seems to be quite busy.
I don't know whether someone organized for the US-only versions.
