Bug#4682: Installation process does not allow for selecting the bytes-per-inode parameter.

Hi,

I just tried out the install process using the Debian install disks,
and at no point during the installation was selecting the bytes-per-
inode a possibility. This would be equivalent to the command
mke2fs -i xxxx where xxxx would be an inode size such as 1024,
2048, etc.

Instead, the install process uses the default inode size of 4096.
The problem is, once the the partition is formatted with a certain
inode size, it can't be changed later without destroying the data
on the disk. Or am I wrong about that?
