Bug#4680: rsh issues bizarre error message on syntax error
Package: netstd
Version: 2.05-1
If you get the syntax to rsh wrong in a certain way, you get a really
bizarre error message:
richard@sfere:richard$ rsh valour -l -- id
valour.greenend.org.uk: Address already in use
richard@sfere:richard$ echo $?
1
richard@sfere:richard$
Leaving off the command part has questionnable behaviour, too:
richard@sfere:richard$ rsh valour -l --
rlogin: connection closed.
richard@sfere:richard$ echo $?
0
richard@sfere:richard$
ttfn/rjk
