Bug#4676: Cannot find library.

Package: pcb
Version: 1.1.1.2-2

When I try to run pcb it complains about finding a library.
A friend suggested that it was still compiled as  a.out  and couldn't 
find the a.out libraries.
In any case, pcb does not depend on the libraries.
