I can't duplicate this.  I'm running 2.0.15, libc5.2.18-10.  I skipped
2.0.14 but doubt that that's the problem.  Are you on a m68k perhaps?
There were some changes made to clock for that system.

So please try 2.0.15 just in case, and if that doesn't help, email me
the gzipped, uuencoded, coredump.  Email it directly to me; there's no
reason to clutter the bug-system with it.
