Bug#4189: dselect highlights too many lines when TERM=linux

Oops.  Right you are.  

BTW, whether TERM=linux or TERM=xterm-color, dselect DTRT when it is
invoked with one of the menu options, e.g., 
   dselect access
brings up a nicely colored screen.
