RPM has the advantage that it include _pristine_ source (identical
(cmp or md5sum-wise) to the upstream sources, which are patched during
the build process. IMO this is what we should work towards to.
Pristine sources are friendly towards non-debian and/or non-linux users,
and are a clear advantage in the case of PGP-signed sources and
sources for which distributing modified versions is not allowed.
