Hi,

	Yes, I assumed that the dist target would run dchanges (though
 I should have made that more explicit), I guess I was concerned about
 having to sit around and type my pgp key for each module (a silly
 thought, for the moment, since we just have one module, but I worry
 about silly scalability issues).
