Bug#3254: magicfilter recommends dvips, gs, pbmplus

The magicfilter package Recommends dvips, gs and pbmplus.  This means
that you can't easily install it using dselect without dragging the
whole of the TeX formatting stuff in, as well as gs and pbmplus which
you might not want either.

Surely it is reasonable to use magicfilter without having dvips, gs
or pbmplus ?  Perhaps you just want to print some subset of the files
supported by these applications ...
