locale, nls and libc5...



I try to study locale and nls support in Debian.

I think, a "libc5-nls" may be a good idea to provide
locale(1), localedef(1) and the libc5 message
catalogs in Dutch, French and German.

It's just a "make programs" in libc5/locale and
a "make fr nl de" in libc5/nls.

If Debian want to have locale, we need in fact this two
programs.

What do you think about that?
