Bug#3178: cvs examples in wrong location, and contain wrong paths...
The cvs package contains a directory, /usr/lib/cvs/examples, that would
seem more properly located in /usr/doc/examples.
Furthermore, it contains files that are used by cvsinit when initializing
a new repository. These files contain numerous references to
/usr/local/bin/foo, where foo is actually in /usr/bin, meaning someone
who used cvsinit would get error messages when trying to avail him or
herself of normal cvs functionality.
