Bug#3169: dvipsk doesn't use /etc/papersize

Version: 1.2.20-2

genscript doesn't use /etc/papersize to select the right paper
size. Instead, the user is expcted to edit /etc/genscript.cfg.


IMHO, during the installation, genscript should use /etc/papersize if it
exists. If it doesn't exist, prompt the user for the default papersize
and create /etc/papersize.
