Uploaded: dpkg-ftp 1.4.2
dpkg-ftp now uses dpkg --compare-versions so it should now be getting
this right!
Also removed usr lib .., use strict and use diagnostic so it should be
usable with only the perl libs I specified in an earlier message for
use on the base disks.
