Bug#3084: missing timezones

Let me add that many of the US zone names are missing too, all the ones
except for the major 5.  Arizona (which never voted on daylight savings
time, those rebels), Hawaii, Alaska, Indian-Starke, etc. are all
timezone names IN ADDITION TO being location names.

The problem is that some people are more comfortable with specifying
their timezone by name, and some people are more comfortable with
specifying their timezone by nearby city.  Both methods should be
available.  I would guess that most citizens of countries that span
multiple timezones know the timezone names.
