Bug#3089: trn -- needs to depend on "inews" or "inewsinn"

Version: 3.6-4

Trn installed by itself gives the following error:
  Check spelling, Send, Abort, Edit, or List? s
  /usr/bin/Pnews: inews: command not found

It seems it should depend on "inews" or "inewsinn".
