Uploading cfingerd 1.2.2-1

Hi folks,

I'll upload cfingerd 1.2.2-1 in a few minutes.

Cfingerd is the most flexible fingerd in the unix comunity. It allows
you to set up fake users to provide special information (try
services@infodrom.north.de for an example), specifying header and
footer files, lets users search through finger etc.

It operates both, on a systemwide and a per user configuration
basis. It is possible to hide users and call scripts as user (in a
secure environment). Every finger request from other sites could be
logged.

This is the first upload, although it is well-tested and coordinated
with Peter Tobias and his netstd package. It runs here for about one
month. This version is highly patched to be run secure and operate
exactly as it is described in the documentation. (The original author
has been contacted, he will review my work.)

Anyway if you find any errors or oddities I would like to hear from
you.
