Uploading gpm 1.06-1

I'll upload gpm-1.06-1 in a few minutes.
The reason for the upload is a new upstream release, 1.06, because
1.05 doesn't work well together with 1.3.yy, and only 1.00 was
packaged for Debian.
Nils, if you want to have this package back, please take it. I don't
want to take away your packages, but actually I needed it.
