Bug#2926: Lilo: can't make documentation

The Lilo documentation is included as TeX in /usr/doc/lilo, and a perl script
is provided to create the ASCII dosc from it if you don't have TeX
installed. However the conversion fails with perl5 (it works with perl4)
and there is no other way for me to read the docs...
Perhaps:
- The a2p script should be made to work under perl5
- The /usr/doc/lilo directory should have 2 subdirs, on called
"tex" and one called "ascii" where the "ascii" dir has the preformatted
ascii docs in it.
