Bug#2928: nobody has wrong login shell

Hi
this is in /etc/passwd
nobody:*:65534:65534:nobody:/dev/null

now no one can su  to nobody:
# su - nobody
su: cannot run /dev/null: Permission denied

this causes some scripts to fail ... please change this.


I think there must be a better way, maybe we should define

1. nobody-scripts  ... for all the scripts
2. nobody that the real nobody e.g for daemons .. which never
	will have a login or a shell ...
