Upload dchanges 3.3
The three rules of using dchanges:
1. If you are producing more than one binary file use a correct Source
field.
2. Use sect=<sect> to specify the main section for the files
3. Use s=<sect> and p=<pri> to specify priorities for the .deb files.
eg
dchanges sect=devel foo.tar.gz foo.diff.gz p=extra foo.all.deb s=base
p=standard foo-run.i386.deb
(see dchanges(1), dchanges(5) for more info).
