That's a pretty good argument, so I'll just call ae if EDITOR is
unset.  I'll keep the names as vipw and vigr though.  Providing links
for aepw and aegr seems silly.  Nobody would know them by those names,
and a new unix user would presumable find out about those commands from
apropos or a more experienced person.
