Upload libjpeg-6a-1
In this version I have split the package in the correct debian way.
It has Replaces: libgr, libgr-dev, libjpeg.
Note: this is a new major release of the library (they made changes to
the binary if not source interface and only added an 'a'!!) so you may
want to keep the remains of libgr/or libjpeg around for libjpeg
version 6.
