New ncurses package...
I am inordinately proud to present a new ncurses package, combining
several Debian bug fixes with a new upstream version.
There are, of course, more bugs to look into (mainly keymaps), and I
will get to those presently, but for the moment, this release should
be, in general, a bit less of a pain for those of us using rxvt/xterm.
