Package: base Version: 1.1.0-4 I recently grabbed the most recent entries for the passwd and the group files from the base package and found some conflicting entries. proxy is both uid 13, gid 13 as well as uid 36, gid 36. The first has a GECOS field of "proxy", the second - "Cache Daemon". postgres has uid 31, gid 31 in the passwd file. Unfortunately, there is not group 31 in /etc/group. postgres is gid 32 in /etc/group. Darren
