Bug#2791: locate seg faults if locatedb too big

That's a good idea.  Currently, updatedb does not have an option to
exclude arbitrary file systems.  It is a hard coded argument.  I plan
on changing this after discussion and discussing it with the FSF
maintainers.

Of course, we also need a standard way to skip the defaults.
