New perl package
I've put a new perl distribution at ftp://ftp.daft.com/pub/debian/. I
will be uploading it to master as soon as I can connect to it.
(Hopefully, later today.) This includes a debian package for suidperl
as well as one for debugperl. I will be attacking some of the bugs in
the next version.

perl: Larry Wall's Practical Extracting and Report Language.
perl_suid: Runs setuid perl scripts.
perl_debug: Allow debugging perl scripts (and perl).
Changes:
* Added Source and Section fields to all of the control files.
* Added tcsh as well as c-shell to the dependency list. I'll
remove the tcsh once c-shell is provided by it.
* Changed the suidperl from being a question in the postinst to
being it's own package.
* Added perld (debugging perl) as a package. Both of these are
dependent on the specific version of perl. We'll see if this
causes a problem in upgrading.
* Changed mail address in postinst to debian-bugs@pixar.com. I've
got to do something about perlconfig
* Changed the tcsh dependency to c-shell.
* Added the dosuid define to Configure so that perl would once
again create a suidperl. It was dropped from the upstream
release. There is a question in the postinst that asks if you
want it or not.
* Added dependency on tcsh until the globbing works without
calling csh.
