Bug#2827: Permission of the floppy devices

They are supposed to have mode 660, and in fact do as installed by the
base system.  Unfortunately, recent fdutils packages provide a script
which changes them to mode 666 whitout saying what it is doing.  I will
report this as a bug against the fdutils package.
