Bug#2823: mc segfaults on reconnect of ftpfs

While using the ftpfs, if the connection times out mc will try to
re-establish the connection. The password window is presented twice. After
entering the password the second time mc segfaults and dumps core.
I have saved the core dump if the maintainer is interested.
