Bug#2813: Xaw3d scroll bards

Ok, this is the problem then -- I did not associate the term
"arrowscrollbars" with a "3D raised look." I didn't much care whether
or not there were arrows at the top and bottom, what I wanted a was a
uniform raised look between, say netscape, and the xterm. Thank you
for pointing out what it is called.

Well, you can find a link to it on my webpage,
	http://www.simons-rock.edu/~jimr/windowmanagers.html

It isn't very clear that there is a specific define you need to set in
order to get the scrollbar effect. He just

Here are the Xaw3D definitions that reside within my
.Xdefaults file. It took me a while to make everything look
like the true Motif feel, so put it into your .Xdefaults file
	and enjoy this cool xterm!

And lists the resources.

I can't tell if this is a language problem we are having with with
each other, or if you are pissed off at me. I don't have any copy of
a message from you to me in my debian/user archive, nor in my personal
mail folder. So I either lost it and never read it, or something ate
it on the way. I didn't mean to cause you any difficulty with my
report. I had simply posted to the list and had 2 people respond that
they had the same problem. Then just recently somebody posted saying
"Hey, Xaw3d doesn't do what I want!." Since it seemed like 3 other
people had the same problem, and could not figure out how to solve it,
I posted a bug report.

Now I understand the problem, thank you.
