list of problems with Packages files

Here is are some problems with the Packages files (currently on
ftp.debian.org) which should be fixed.

Something has gone wrong with providing section and priority fields
(they are not currently reqired to be in the control file - I believe
it might be a good idea if they were (lack implies some default)).

Note: I believe as part of releasing 1.1 all package maintainers
should check that they have sensible control files. (one lack I see is
the inconsisent use of virtual packages - I note that only knews of
the newsreaders provides 'news-reader'.)

PACKAGE FILE: non-free/binary-i386/Packages

Package: gopher-client 
 Bad version in VERSION field:
 "2.1.1"-"2"

Package: gopherd 
 Bad version in VERSION field:
 "2.1.1"-"2"

Section or Priority fields are missing in:
  glimpse xvdoc

PACKAGE FILE: unstable/binary-i386/Packages

Package: cfengine 
 Blank line in DESCRIPTION field after:
  on a network should be configured.

Package: ncurses-term 
 Bad version in VERSION field:
 1.9.8a-(5)
 Not a valid name in SOURCE field:
 ncurses-1.9.8a-(5).tar.gz

Section or Priority fields are missing in:
