debian-bugs move - not happening yet

I'm in the process of setting up the new debian-bugs system on master.

It's possible that some test messages (with `bugs.debian.org' in the
headers, for example) may `escape' to debian-devel.  If they do then
please DO NOT reply to them.

Please do NOT send any mail to the new addresses until they are
announced as operational.
