I get an error when I try to get to the linux counter in norway.

Path: httpL://www.debian.org/ --> ordering (order.html) --> last but one link

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://domen.uninett.no:29659/

The following HTTP error was encountered:

   ERROR 104 -- Cannot connect to the original site

This means that:

    The remote site may be down.
