inn-1.4unoff4-1 uploaded to master

Finally I have uploaded inn-1.4unoff4 to master. There
are still some loose strings here and there (such as the
logfiles being overwritten when you do an upgrade), but
it is a start and it runs fine.

  * Using MMAP and setsockopt() now - NEEDS 1.3 kernel !
