Could you please put a version number in these files? Because
- I now never know what is the new version
- I have turned off date-based mirroring (it just checks size)
  because I have already had to download the entire Debian dist
  3 times when suddenly timestamps changed, and package names
  are guaranteed to be unique anyway.
