Seesat5 uploaded to master!



Sorry this took so long to package, but I had source code and a pile of 
text files from which to produce the man pages. This took longer than 
expected (apply Hoffstedter's rule) and there are probably still some 
errors and omissions in the man pages. Feel free to point out the most 
glaring first and I will gladly work to eradicate what you find.
For those who wish to try this package out: After you have looked over 
the man pages and the example files, if you still can't see how to get 
started please feel free to drop me a line. I will be happy to provide 
the hand-holding to get you started, and incorporate the insight gained 
from this into future release documentation.

Note: Below, the new dchanges has assigned this package to misc. This is 
ok for this package, but probably not for all. Actually, since we have no 
astronomy section, seesat5 should probably go into the hamradio section 
as hams may find it useful in locating satellites to bounce off of etc...
