lynx default wrong?

The default start file for lynx is wrong (I think). Lookup finds 
www.debian.org, but can't find the path Bugs in:

http://www.debian.org/Bugs/

Is this an address problem, or is it just pointing to the wrong machine?

BTW, Carl, does send bug # work yet? What address should that request be 
sent to?
