Hi!

What I forgot to say is that if you try to compile the pdksh on your own
(which I normally would recommend) and run into errors during configure,
if the error has something to do with cross-compiling, then just nuke
the section in the configure script.

I don't know why, but I have had several problems the second time I
compiled the pdksh, after an hour it vanished and everything's fine again.
