Incoming readonly?

I just tried to upload to the new master.debian.org but got told the 
directory was readonly. I was using my dwarf login, as Simon S. indicated 
that upload was going away. When I logged in as upload things went as 
expected. If upload is really going to go away, we should fix these other 
accounts so they work.
