sysvinit-2.59-2 uploaded to master
Hello,
I've put this on master in the ../upload directory. I hope that
is the right one. (Why is "upload" a regular account and not a guest
account? I can download the password file if I want to..)
I have also added a manual page for rc.boot and a stub manpage for
rc.local that points to rc.boot.
