Bug#2564: bootdisk: Continuing installation

After installation and configuration of the base system the user isn't
told how to go on. At least after choosing "9 Reboot the system" I
would recommend displaying a message that the user has to reboot with
"linux root=<root-dev>" at the boot prompt.
