xaw3d: Adds a cute 3d to X apps using the athena widget set

Changes:
Unfortunately, the stubb library Xaw that pointed to Xaw3d as
suggested by David Engel caused some problems (editres/viewres
stopped working, xconsole didn't popup when recieving focus
if your .fvwmrc had autoraise in it, and some asciiTextWidgets
stopped recieving keyboard input alltogether).
Thus, I restored the "Xaw" soname of the libraries, but kept them
in /usr/X11R6/lib/Xaw3d, so that I don't have to backup the
old Xaw libs.
Other change: they now conflict with aXe revision 1, as this dumps core
when the 3d widgets are installed. (revision 2 is statically linked against
xaw).
And, the arrow-scroll bar is removed again. (I've had one user saying
he disliked it, as well as my own somewhat negative experience with it).
