Bug#2528: fuzzy lines on window borders in X

What do you mean by this? I can reproduce the fuzzy line behaviour, but
the "pop up to front when mouse is over them", I've never seen that
(and I have the xaw3d widgets frequently uninstalled).


Do you mean that, if xconsole is partly behind another window, and you
move the mouse to the visable part of xconsole, then xconsole pops
up on top of the other window that used to be hiding xconsole partly?
(and, if that's what you mean, do you really *like* it?)
