first public upload of boot-floppies package for 1.1
The scripts are really dumb in this version, but it is sufficient to keep
anyone who wants to co-develop the package in phase with me.

boot-floppies: Scripts to create the Debian installation floppy set.
Priority: Low
Changes: First public release for 1.1 - this one sort of works, I suggest
you wait for the next version unless you are actively developing it.
I think the "kernel" (build in fs support for "minix", "msdos", and "ext2")
and perhaps "e2fsutils" (build all executables shared) packages are not yet
in phase with changes required for this package, and it also requires
libc5-pic and ncurses3.0-pic, which may not yet be available - I submitted
changes to build the -pic packages to the package maintainers.
